Harris Corporation to Introduce Intraplex NetXpress LX IP Audio Codec for Full-Time, Cost-Efficient Audio Transport

Scaled-down Version of NetXpress Platform for Radio Broadcasters Aimed at Point-to-Point Program Delivery

CINCINNATI, April 13, 2009 — Harris Corporation (NYSE:HRS), an international communications and information technology company, will expand its Harris® Intraplex® range of audio transport products for the radio broadcast market with the introduction of Intraplex® NetXpress™ LX. The NetXpress LX IP audio codec will be displayed at the 2009 NAB Show (Booth N2502). Based on the original NetXpress platform, NetXpress LX offers full-time, mission-critical audio transport for point-to-point applications including STL delivery and studio-to-studio links in a cost-efficient, compact package.
