LAS VEGAS, April 19, 2008 (NAB Show, Booth N2502) — Harris Corporation (NYSE:HRS), an international communications and information technology company, today announced that its MPH™ platform for ATSC Mobile DTV and InfoCaster™ digital signage systems will power the nation’s first free, over-the-air broadcast of mobile digital television to the public. A joint effort of WRAL, the CBC New Media Group and the City of Raleigh, this innovative venture will deliver live WRAL-DT broadcasts to Capital Area Transit (CAT) buses traveling around the capital city.
