Harris Corporation Platinum Routers Officially Certified for 3 Gb/s Performance

Independent Testing Conducted and Routers Deployed at Swiss Public Broadcaster SRG SSR

LAS VEGAS, April 19, 2009 (NAB Show, Booth N2502) — Harris Corporation (NYSE:HRS), an international communications and information technology company, announced that its Platinum™ router has been officially certified for 3 Gb/s performance after the results of independent testing requested by Swiss public broadcaster SRG SSR id�e suisse. The tests were carried out as part of a standard acceptance procedure, after Harris was selected to provide SRG SSR with multiple Platinum routers in varying sizes. All routers have 3 Gb/s capability and are going to support the customer’s new networked HD infrastructure for the production of major live events throughout Switzerland.
